Since 1972, Prestige Homes has built over 400 homes in the Hernando Beach, and Hudson Beach Area. Our goal is to add the personal touch to everything we do for our customers.
Building a new home is a very exciting time. I will personally meet with you to answer all of your questions. We have no commissioned sales staff, you will deal directly with the owner.

As your contractor I visit the job personally. I have a full time superintendent, and an office manager, who will assist you. Our home plans are conceived by award winning designers who have been trained on the new Florida Unified Building Code. So, whether you have your own design or wish to choose one of ours, we're sure that you will be counted among our long list of satisfied homeowners!
